The Carey Park Football Club began its existence as Pastimes but had a name change when deciding to center its activities on the fast growing suburb of Carey Park in 1956. Kelly Park has been the base for the Club since 1971 and played its first home fixture at the oval in 1978.
Established by working class people, the Carey Park Football Club is a family club that has a reputation of hard working volunteers and a great social atmosphere. The Club has a long history of promoting juniors to the higher level and will continue to do so for all those players that show a willingness to work hard and abide by the Club's code of conduct.
